Dana Hoopin Report 11/8
I finally got out with my Dad for the first time last Thursday night. He's the straight faced one on the right. What do you expect from a lawyer? We hooped the outside break wall of Dana Harbor. Had a good night, but seemed like we missed the early crawl by getting out so late, 7:00ish. Ended with 7 legals and a dozen or so shorts. Damn seal cleaned out 5 bait cages within 20 minutes. It’s tough to hoop with no bait. Saw a guy pull a 3.5lb’er, I was a bit jealous. He said he caught it and almost all other legals before 7pm. He was off the water by 8:30. Dana’s a real struggle if you’re not outside the break wall before sunset.
