CI hooping 2/22

Boy is it getting harder or what?
Set the hoops out at 4:00 and waited til dark
soaked macks and salmon cuts until 1:00AM for 6 legals and 20 shorts and 6 rock crabs
worked the inside while it was snotty
then around midnight turned the corner and worked the outside as it layed down some but to no avail they had stopped crawling
Still a great night on the water with my son and buddy Doug
the moon was bright and we did not even need lights on
bad news is we lost two nets and my water impeller took a dive
hope to drop the lower unit today and hope that is all that is wrong
it still was leaking but not a stream as usual
Here are some pics of tonights dinner!!!!!!!

Late.

Sometimes it gets tough towards the end of the season. I think you guys did well considering the weather conditions.

Thanks for the report and good luck on the boat repair.

Joey, Love the Avatar, but it's not a spiny! Do I have to get a Maine Lobster? Probably been my problem all along!
