Few years back at the Port San Luis halibut tournament one of the boats bounce balling down off the coke plant caught a custom made rod with a TLD 20 reel on it. Of all the things to catch! LOL We saw the guys at the gas station later that day who got the rod and the rod and reel was in great condition. Looks like it had only been in the water a few days.
Good going..we were on the Patriot today and couldn't buy a bite!!
Robert, I was out on my Parker on Sunday as well. You had to have seen my boat as the Patriot passed me on several occasions trying to find the bite. Lousy fishing that day for sure.
