Cool Thats not a flattie!

Fished in Santa Cruz sat. close to harbor for halibut useing live anchovies caught plenty of rockfish and undersized lings but wanted a halibut as it has been excellent for them lately with most boats catching a least one from 10 to 41 pounds. wind came up and had trouble staying on bottom and then we hooked up two salmon one small king and this silver, both were released unharmed. Those hali rigs are a big difference from barless hooks. We saw plenty other salmon chasing bait and following up our lures, it was good to see.
