Spitfire quick report

[Thresher]

Ok so I got on the Spitfire this mornig with 9 other anglers. Due to the super light load, the captain Jeff said he had to stay local. That was fine with me as I was on the boat with a pass anyhow. We made our way down the coast to Pt. Vincente and begain the morning with a steady calico bite. Lasted about an hour and a half before it just shut off. Saw a couple nice 5-7lb checkers come over the rail. I probably caught my limit of fish but ended up giving them away. Tried a couple other spots for nada. Cap'tn decided to call it an early day and was back at the docks by 2:00. I was kinda glad to be back early as I beat traffic coming home.
