10/5 Ventura Hueneme Zuma Malibu Santa Monica Marina Del Rey

Got up at 4 am with my friend looking to do an exploratory trip so headed north till it was day break ended up in Ventura. Conditions where un bareable felt like a hurricane out there . But couldnt give up so did the beach hopping hoping to get a break but everywhere i got was just as bad

Ventura to Hueneme to Zuma to Malibu to Topanga Beach to Santa Monica to Marina Del Rey all powerful wind

called it quits at 2:30 pm

Thats too bad..I was also going to do some exploatory fishing Ventura north tomarrow but, Like you said the wind is a howlin!!
Glad you guys made it back safe anyway!
Keep us posted if you do it again in the near future and I will post my results when I get out....

found some nice locations to fish when the wind is not blowing . I found an area with alot of kelp beds Should be good when the wind is not blowing. Ventura was like a giant Washing machine today. O ya dont take the 23 south from the 101 to the PCH that thing is so zigged it aint even funny

HAHAHA....The 23 south from the 101 is Decker Canyon...Its fun on a motorcycle but not ment for trailers!! Next time try Kanan Rd from the 101 to PCH or Malibu Cyn.....Not so bad!! Thanks for the report...
