First of let me say (what a wierd day)!!!!!!!
Woke up this morning g-friend was gone WTF oh she went jogging,ok.
She comes home and told me there was a big a$$ frog on the door step when she left!!!!! wierd......
So out of the shower gettin ready to go paint the deck on the mirage and phishy hits me up on IM (not so wierd) but then i go to leave and open the front door and there sits a big ol bunny!!!!! WTF Where did a bunny come from in oxnard????? O-WELL no biggie!!!!! but wierd!!!
Pait the deck tucker throws his flip flops on the dock and misses one floats one disapears?????? wierd!!!!!
Get done and head to fishermans for some bait and talk to (the guys),they told me jimmy is at seaward fishin shark!!!!(He caught some big ones there a few days ago) right on i'll go meet up w/ him.Get there just in time to see himm gettin in his truck to leave,hey what's up bro where ya goin?
HOME he says,he is soaked WTF?????
Seems he was on the jetty and got bashed by a few big waves!!! HAHAHA
Went back to the shop had a drink and planed out my next move,decided on fifth street( here's where it gets good!!!!)
Show up get set and start pounding med. perch!!!!! sweet!!!!!
A little while later i call flip to give a (to the min. report) and BAM im on!!
Got to go flip c-ya
Start reelin and it seemed small,then i saw it!!! HOLLY CRAP!!!
This perch was HUGE!!!!!!
Call flip back to see what the state record on perch is and it starts having babies on me,so i pick them up get them in the water and release mama!!!!!
Oh did i mention i kept one baby for bait....
Pinned it on the big rod chucked it out and BAM holy crap that was quick,this thing is takin DRAG!!!!!!
About 15 min later i end up w/ the biggest bat ray i have ever seen!!!!!
All in all i caught about 20 perch one leo about 1 1/2 foot long and a big a$$ bat ray so it was a sweet day!!!!
Went back to the shop and there is a bunch of cops there wierd!!!!!
Seems some drunk guy fell into somebody's beamer and dented the H3LL out of the fender and i think he pee'd his pants,so i got the h3ll out of there and went home!!!!!!
