Foam, foam everywhere and no beer in sight. Couldn't stand it had to try out my new reel (Daiwa Exceler 2500), so went down to Hollywood and stood in the foam. Cold, windy, low tide, strong cross current and four BSPs. Three small one about 12". Talked to another foolish soul who got about the same. But, did have most of the beach to ourselves. Last week it was almost shoulder to shoulder. Wonder if had anything to do with Dan's biggie Bat ray.
