Bait: Grubs and Gulps Sandworms in 2" cut.

Summary: The fishing starting out slow with small perch on the motoroil/red flakes grubs and 1" sizes basspro grubs. After a while I want to see if the gulps would be better to use. As the outcome showed me the samdworms are top notch with the perch. In other posts I seen online. These things kick butt in cornina, croakers, and perch. I can say from first hand a count. I not going to leave home out with them. These caught me better perch in 7", 7.5" and the best this season perch 10" mommy. I can wait to get this weekend and work them again. lastly, the water was clean and the beach had little to no people on it. I know that this weekend will be different. It was good to fish with the guys from ******************. We have to do it again some time. Get out ppl and fish.

The beast has been back out hitting the beach. Been waiting and wondering when we would hear this. Guess the Perch had best watch out has HE IS BACK.

Yep the Perch are hitting. Didn't put that part in my NAS Mugu report but I heard from some folks fishing the other end of the beach that on Friday a couple of 2 1/2 pounders were landed using sand crabs. Looks like it's finally picking up people
