Fished SantaClaus lane today from about 10:30 to noon. Lots of bites right away with a third of Gulp sandworm Carolina rigged.Landed 4 small BSP and then one 11". Switched to Berkely grubs and then the bite died as the waves came up. All in all still lots of fun for a new percher. I met a guy from Santa Barbara who was having much better luck with a Big Hammer clear red metalflake grub and sauce. I pcked up a few good tips on retrieve speed and using scent too.

Caught fish and caught some good info too! Now that's what I call a productive trip! Nicely done.
