Leo Tomorrow (Wednesday)
I am going to try Leo tomorrow, if I can figure out how to get my Hobie beast down there. I will try parking on the campsite side and rolling the yak under the bridge, all the way to the beach. Jas will be there. Company is welcome.

If I can't get there, we'll just drive down to the Malibu pier and launch.

I tried Ventura Marina today with no luck. Conditions were terrible. Brown water, gray skies and rain. Hope it will be better tomorrow.

Nope, that's the rainwater run-off tide. The water's still about 57°F.

Good luck...I'm heading WAY south!
As for Leo have you ever tried the stairs?
If not and you plan on going the other route you may as well pay the $10 and park/launch off the beach at North Leo.
