Didnt get the turbo drive just yet MJ. I'm going to try and build up leg strength for a while. When I get to the point that my cruising cadence becomes too fast, then I'll upgrade. Supposedly, the advantage of the Turbo fins is that you can cruise at a nice clip (3-3.5 mph) with one pedal cycle every 1.5-2 seconds.

I ain't no Lance Armstrong. But I'm getting there thanks to yakking.

My first mission is to launch from Marina del Rey, go to Santa Monica Pier and cast 1/4 oz sinkers at tourists

Good luck I hope you get what you want and set up for... if my knees weren.t so wiped out I would get a hobie in a heartbeat, and yes they do come complete the only thing that would be a cool option is the sail
