KAYAK CART FINISHED

Well I finished it-approx. 1hr build and paint time. Total cost $34.00.
Wheels-Harbor Freight-$11.00
1/2" galvanized pipe and fittings $23.00-Home Depot
Pool Noodle- Took one of the kid's lol.

Looks awsome, Mark. You should be able to use that cart with most any kayak you buy. I got my wheels at kidswheels.com.

You may find, like I did, that 4" wide tires will slice through dry sand like pizza cutters through butter! Especially if your kayak is weighed down. Mine weighs close to 100 lbs with all our gear. It's no fun to plow through 50 yards of sand like that. You may need WIDE tires that roll on top of the sand without displacing it.
