Thanks to Carni's cat pooping so often

, I was able to acquire a square bucket. I didn't want to deal with batteries, wiring, etc.. for a proper bait tank at this time so I devised a system that allowed me to change the water without too much effort.

As you can see from the pic, I cut out a portion of the top to keep the bait from hurling itself out. To add water to the tank, I used a plastic container, some wire from a hanger, and some holes/cuts to hold it in place. Although I have to manually bail water in the tank, it only takes a couple of of scoops to add fresh, oxygenated water into it.

Holes were drilled near the top to to allow water to escape from the tank, into the rear compartment and out through the scupper holes. Viola, bad water out, new water in.

A couple of 3" PVC with SS screws to act as generic rocket launchers. The bottom right shows a piece of sprinker PVC fitting that was drilled into and glued to the tank. The cap for this piece is on the inside, thus allowing me to drain the tank by unscrewing the cap. I left it on the inside to keep from losing the small cap.

Last sunday I managed a dozen macs and only one ended up rolling on me. So far, so good!
Next up, some flush mount holders, a scotty holder in the center console, and maybe a fish finder.
