Well we all know that each state has Rules and Regulations regarding fishing. Furthermore even within states they have different rules and regulations for different parts of the state. Many times these regulations are written in such a manner that they confuse anglers more than they help them.
These regulations are written or said to be written for the preservation of our sport and for the good of the fish populations. These statements and thoughts have come under serious suspicions of late, especially in states such as California. We recommend that you somehow get involved to ensure that the state you live in are setting guidelines, rules and regulations for the good of the fishery and not for special interest groups whomever they may be.
We here do not necessarily agree or like all the regulations that you will see but are bound to obey them and want to make sure all have access to them and know where to find them.
