Troubleshooting:

In the event that the show is not loading, please follow one of the two sets of intructions listed below:

Internet Explorer Users: Open up Internet Explorer. On the top tool bar, click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS. Click on the SECURITY tab and then click CUSTOM LEVEL. You will need to make sure the top 5 settings which are for Active X controls are either set to ENABLE or PROMPT. Simply change the ones that say DISABLE to PROMPT. Once you have done that, click OK on all screens! Your done! Play the show again and it should now work.

AOL 9.0 Users: On the top AOL Toolbar, click SETTINGS. Click the A-Z tab, click the G-M link, then click the INTERNET [Web] OPTIONS link.
Click the SECURITY tab and then click CUSTOM LEVEL. You will need to make sure the top 5 settings which are for Active X controls are either set to ENABLE or PROMPT. Simply change the ones that say DISABLE to PROMPT. Once you have done that, click OK on all screens! Your done! Play the show again and it should now work.
