In Kauai right now. The place I'm staying has booked me with Breakaway fishing charters with Capt. Jeff Steiner. Just looking for a little feedback. Thanks in advance.

Not familiar with that operation but what I can tell you is be prepared for rough seas and an awesome time. When we were there we had to return to the harbor because the seas were too rough for a couple of guys and it was a beautiful sunny day. Capt. said the seas were very mild compared to other days. My family and I love Kauai. Good luck and post up pics and report.

I went out with Breakaway last week. He is simply the best boat in all of Kauai. We caught a ton of skipjack, one big ono and a mahi mahi. I go to hawaii every other year and have gone out with him the past two times. I will be going out with him again in two years.

Peacock fishing in the cane fields of Kauai........ AHHHHH, reminds me of my youth.
Ask where "Knudsen Valley" is and you will find peacock bass galore!

Chartered with Capt. Jeff on Nov. 12th...had a great trip. Jeff and Keith worked their butts off to give us a great trip. Caught several nice yellow fin and skip jack tuna. Would recommend to anyone and will charter with them again next time I'm in Kauai.
