Received a call from the Island Spirit this morning. As of 7:30am they have 2 seabass and about 20 barracuda on board! They are fishing with live squid and will have plenty to use for tomorrow's trip as well. Speaking of tomorrows trip, they are online departing at 5am with only a few reservations, and are going no matter what! Nows the time to jump on board to get in on some fun surface fishing with a light load! Give the landing a call at 805-676-3474 to make a reservation. If work permits, I'll may join them tomorrow too.

Well seems that SFR has it wrong or one of the seabass was a short. Good news might be time to do some searching.
